The annual Chapter Leadership and Legislative Retreat brings together leaders from NAIOP's United States and Canadian chapters for three days devoted to education and professional development. You'll strengthen your leadership skills and gain vital industry and organizational insight by participating in one of the breakout sessions offering programs tailored to your specific chapter leadership role. You'll also get the latest in chapter achievements and industry insights from fellow attendees and key speakers as you network during event receptions, luncheons and breakfasts.

At the conclusion of the retreat, you'll have a better understanding of the chapter network and how you can benefit from all of the experience and resources that NAIOP has to offer your membership to help lead your chapter through these challenging times. You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at our nation's political process and see how NAIOP lobbies to advance the membership's goals and interests and keep abreast of state and federal issues that affect our industry. You'll learn more about the political process directly from elected officials and NAIOP's own government affairs staff, culminating with a visit to Capitol Hill and face-to-face meetings with your state's elected officials.

Finally, join us as we recognize the extraordinary achievements of NAIOP chapters by honoring them with Chapter Merit Awards during a gala dinner and awards ceremony.
