Credit and Capital Advisory Board
The Commercial Real Estate Credit and Capital Advisory Board comprises NAIOP members who are experts in investment management, capital sources, development and the financial markets. The group was established in January 2009 and meet via conference call quarterly to provide insights on how government actions have affected the industry, report on activity within the financial and business markets and assist NAIOP in developing public-policy positions on financial and related issues.
