CityFeet.com – A portal for property listings for sale or lease, as well as a venue for posting available sites. Sign up for e-mail notification of space that meets your needs. (Note: there is a fee for listing properties, although searching for available space is free.)

Commercial IQ – Aggregates commercial property listings nationally from dozens of local Realtor associations and large brokerage firms, including thousands of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and investment properties.

CommercialSource.com – National listings platform owned by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and operated by ePropertyData (ePD) LLC, a NAR wholly-owned subsidiary. Industry news, blogs and events also provided.

CoStar Group – Subscription-based data provider offering comprehensive information on commercial properties, including photographs, floorplans, 3-D images, analytics, forecasts, market reports and daily industry news.

LoopNet – Commercial real estate information services provider offering more than $450 billion of properties available for sale and 6.7 billion square feet of properties available for lease in all property categories.

Offices.net – Provides listings of office space for lease available throughout the U.S. including turn-key offices, executive suites, temporary and conventional office space for rent.

RealUp – Commercial real estate listing Website offering property listings/profiles, demographics data, unlimited searching and premium memberships. Basic membership is free.

Rofo.com – A free office space search engine that offers a one stop shop where landlords, property managers, brokers and service providers can easily connect with active tenants in the market.

Showcase – Powered by CoStar Group, a free commercial property search engine for business professionals and investors looking for commercial property. Subscription is required for access to all search results.

SpaceForLease.com – Nationwide listings for commercial properties, targeted to landlords, tenants and brokers. Property groupings are site-specific (for example, medical buildings, office warehouses and malls) and offer cross-database posting opportunities. One-time site registration is required.

Sublease.Com – Provides a venue for commercial property searches and for listing available properties, targeted specifically to the sublease market. (Note: There is a fee for listing properties.)

TM 1031 Exchange Inc. – Specializes in 1031 and 1033 exchange replacement properties.
