Application and Fees

Any person wanting to become a candidate for the Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development must submit the following:

1. A completed Certificate application;
2. Current resume; and
3. A one-time application fee.

The program is open to NAIOP member and non-member applicants.

What are the Certificate program fees?

• Application fee: $75 member/$150 non-member
• Extension fee*: $50 member/$100 non-member

*This fee is for candidates who do not complete all courses with the initial 2-year timeframe.

Members
4 required courses at the $750 member tuition = $3,000
Certificate application fee of $75
Grand Total = $3,075

Non-Members
4 required courses at the $950 non-member tuition = $3,800
Certificate application fee of $150
Grand Total = $3,950
